We have worked REALLY hard to get our garden open. It's always going to be a working progress and so, at times there will be equipment in the vicinity to help us maintain the property. We hope you can understand that we expect all visitors to RESPECT our premises. In order to open this garden, we are under strict guidelines, both as tenants within the premises and likewise a business with insurance regulations. We have to let you know that in order to enjoy our garden, you must adhere to and understand the following;

*The Dinner Bell Bistro Garden is open to paying customers only. Regrettably, we cannot allow non paying customers through to the garden. 

​

*Customers are reminded that they are there of their own volition and at their own risk.

​

*Children are welcome to enter the garden but all children MUST be under the supervision of an adult at all times. 

​

*Customers are asked to keep to the designated path and to stay away from areas that aren't suitable for occupation. 

 

*Customers must not trample our plants, put any objects into our pond or desecrate our trees or shrubs in any way

​

*NO DOGS ALLOWED AT ANY TIME

​

*Customers wishing to use our garden are asked to dispose of rubbish in the bin inside the Bistro, and to use the ashtrays for cigarette butts

​

*Food and drinks consumed within the garden MUST be purchased from The Dinner Bell Bistro

​

*Equipment to assist in the maintenance of the garden may be in use, or stored in our garden. Customers may not, at any point tamper with, pick up, use or play with this equipment.

​

*Customers are advised that the shed at the far end of the garden is STRICTLY OFF LIMITS AT ALL TIMES. Customers must be aware that this shed is not utilised and is for decoration only. Customers found to be in this shed, or on the steps to the shed will be asked to leave immediately and refused future access.

Customers MUST be aware when in our garden, you are there of your own volition, at your own risk and that we, The Dinner Bell Bistro as a business nor the staff employed under us,  accept NO responsibility for any of the following; 

​

*slips, trips, or falls in any part of our garden, either due to bad weather, loose slabs or stones, pebbles, rocks, statues, fallen fruits and/or leaves  or the plants or wildlife within

​

*accidents due to broken and/or fallen/falling branches, any scratches, rips and/or tears to visitor clothes and/or scrapes from any foliage or plant, stones, pebbles or statues

​

*lost or broken personal belongings while visiting our premises

​

*any accident pertaining to our patio furniture, including wear and tear, or weather damage

​

*any accident pertaining to the derelict shed at the far end of the garden. This is for show only.  

​

*any accident pertaining to our pond, including water damage to personal belongings and/or any water damage as a result of being too close to the pond

​

*any acts of god, poor weather conditions, or sap/ liquid from trees or plants

​

​

The Dinner Bell Bistro reserves the right to refuse access to any person, likewise, The Dinner Bell Bistro reserves the right to eject anyone found to be violating the terms and conditions above. 

​

CCTV is in operation within the premises; The Dinner Bell Bistro reserves the right to use this CCTV in any reasonable capacity.
